Founded in 2001 as the Arizona Academy Drum and Bugle Corps, The Academy entered DCI competition in 2004 and won the Division II World Championship in 2006. Transitioning to World Class in 2007, they achieved their first DCI Finals appearance in 2016. Based in Tempe, Arizona, they represent the growing drum corps presence in the American Southwest.
